We have more than a decade of experience producing a range of proven glass quality options. Plain flint glass is slightly gray or green in color. This is the most common type of translucent glass. Higher quality flint glass has better clarity but is therefore more expensive. Ultra-premium “Super Flint” has the highest quality and clarity and is therefore the most expensive, but Super Flint is the standard glass for making bottles of premium spirits (especially vodka).
For custom Super Flint bottles, the minimum order quantity required is one full 40′ HC or 20′ HC container. For custom standard flint bottles, the minimum order quantity required is one full 40′ HC container. The actual quantity per container depends on the size of the bottle and how it is packaged.
We can make samples, but doing so will require an investment of about $2000. This includes the cost of bottle molds and prototyping. After confirming the quality of the sample, you can immediately proceed with the production of a large order
A symmetrical 750ml bottle can hold approximately 24K if packaged in a finished box, and approximately 27K if packaged in bulk. an irregularly shaped 750ml bottle can usually only hold approximately 20K if packaged in a box. if we order a full container, do we have the option to split the shipment and keep the rest of the inventory for later use? Yes. The minimum order quantity is the minimum we must order from the factory. We do not need to ship all at once.
If the process goes well, you can expect to receive the bottle within 4 months of development. The breakdown is as follows: Samples typically take 3-4 weeks from ordering the tooling. If mold modifications are required, you may need an additional 2-4 weeks to obtain a new sample each time a change is made, depending on how busy the factory is. Once samples are approved, it takes 3-4 weeks to complete a full set of production moulds. Mass production currently takes about 1 month on average. Shipping takes an average of 1-1.5 months.

There are many ways to provide bottles with random tampering on them. Some bottles have breakaway rings on the bottom of the cap that come off when you unscrew the cap. There are also plastic or foil capsules that use shrink wrap around the neck of the bottle, which must be torn off before the bottle can be opened. Metal ring screw-on caps have a safety button in the center that pops out once the bottle is opened. There are also many gins that simply have a piece of paper glued to the cap that tears during the process of opening the bottle.
There are 2 options for glass bottle labels, a printing technique that uses a grid stencil to transfer the ink to the bottle. A method where the bottle is appliquéd and then baked onto the glass surface. Typically, bottles are either packed in reusable cardboard boxes with dividers or bulk packed on wooden pallets. Packing in boxes provides additional protection for the bottles during shipment and is often more appropriate for our pre-labeled bottles. We can offer different levels of carton quality and can custom imprint the box with the customer’s label or specific branding. Customers often choose this option because it allows them to reuse shipping boxes to sell their products. The cost of a box depends on the overall size, the quality of the cardboard, the number of colors required for printing and the size of the printed area. Bulk packaging allows more bottles to be packaged in one container, thus helping to reduce unit shipping costs.

You tell the story and experience of your brand and we will have a dedicated designer to match. From there, we can provide design assistance and develop drawings and specifications based on your requirements. Yes. Our plant packages immediately after production to reduce dust or contaminants from entering the bottle, but we recommend our customers clean the bottles before filling.
Glass bottles are 100% recyclable and we work with many recycling companies as raw material for reprocessing. The amount used depends on the quality of glass demanded by the customer (recycled glass will be less transparent). The highest quality glass will use about 8-10% of recycled material. Lower quality glass will contain up to about 30-40% recycled material.
EXW – This is the cost at the supplier’s door. Prices do not include any type of freight charges.
FOB – This is the cost of the product on the vessel at the FOB location. This means that shipping costs from the supplier to the supplier’s port including all export duties and customs clearance fees have been paid.
CIF – Cost with insurance and freight. This is the cost of shipping the product to the CIF port (closest to the customer), but does not include import duties, customs clearance fees or domestic freight to the final location.
DDU – Delivery, Duty Unpaid. This cost includes door-to-door freight, but does not include import duties or customs clearance fees.
DDP – Delivered, Duty Paid. This is the cost of the product door-to-door and includes everything.
